Payment Terms
- We accept payment through Stripe, including major credit cards.
- Payment is processed at the time of order.
- All payment information is processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card details.
Custom Products
- You are solely responsible for any content you upload to our product customizer.
- By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for producing your order.
- You may not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains illegal material.
- Custom products are made to order and are FINAL SALE. No returns or refunds on customized items.
Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.
- Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days after processing.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
- Sale items and custom products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
