We print our tees in Laval and ship them anywhere in Canada. Here is what shipping costs and how long it takes.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is $5 per order, wherever you are in Canada. It's free on orders of $65 or more, before taxes.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
- Our tees: 3 to 7 business days after you order, processing included
Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
Custom items
An item you design in our customizer has its own shipping fee and delivery time, and checkout shows you both before you pay. Free shipping from $65 applies too.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our website using your order number.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Report the issue within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Contact us at info@couleva.ca with your order number
- For damaged packages, include photos of the damage
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order
