Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom/personalized products - FINAL SALE
- Sale or discounted items - FINAL SALE
- Items that show signs of wear or damage
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number
- Explain the reason for your return
- Wait for our team to provide return instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will provide a replacement or full refund including shipping
