Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom/personalized products - FINAL SALE
  • Sale or discounted items - FINAL SALE
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number
  2. Explain the reason for your return
  3. Wait for our team to provide return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund including shipping
