Description
Tizi Wezzu, the Kabyle name of Tizi Ouzou, means “the pass of the broom”, after the yellow shrub. On the back it is written in large Tifinagh over two lines, ⵜⵉⵣⵉ and ⵡⴻⵣⵣⵓ, and the three ⵣ of the name are broom yellow. Below come Tizi Wezzu in italics, the meaning of the name, then “à 6 321 km de Montréal”, as the crow flies. The top edge of the frame follows the real ridge of the Djurdjura as seen from the city. Over the heart, just the name in Tifinagh. It pairs well with our Au pied du Djurdjura poster. Heavyweight 350gsm cotton, DTF print, printed in Laval.
